Wyndham Hotel discounts a thing of the Past for my Platinum Ownership

Been trying most of today to get the discounts on a Wyndham Hotel Reservation through Ramada using my Platinum Members and Wyndham Rewards Account. No go. Only full rate given, no discounts unless there is a special promotion code. Owners Care gave me the special promotion code. Still no go with the Hotel Group.

Actually if they are paying the availability game with the different hotel groups, I am in hogs heaven.

I never trusted Priceline and never used them. Changed my thinking. Got what I needed in Philadelphia at a Extended Stay hotel for $46 dollars per night. Bets the Wyndham ones even if I got a 20 percent discount.

Low ball the bid price. Rejects and suggests a new low bid. If acceptable, take it.

Heck, even if I wanted a Ramada Inn, I bet there are non-Club Wyndham Plus discounts that I could get.

I already lost my ability to get VIP discounts on the Associate Resorts that I used to be able to get.
