a).-If I am buying a timeshare can the seller deposit week with RCI in my name before the timeshare has been transfered by Resort?
b).- Is it allowed by RCI for somebody who owns a timeshare to deposit the timeshare in somebody else account with RCI?

I would suggest no, it could not be directly deposited into your account unless you own it. RCI confirms ownership when you deposit a week, and I've never heard of a way to circumvent that.

However, if the seller has an RCI account, he could deposit the week into his own account and transfer it to your RCI account. I think there's a fee for that.

Or alternatively, if you're dealing by owner and have a good relationship with the seller, you could have him secure an exchange and then just get a gift certificate for you.
