What terms are they offering you?

ANY company that charges a large upfront fee is going to scam you....

Direct Transfers

I have just phoned them as I received a mailing from them. They want from $1000 to $3000 to take the timeshare off you. The better the location the less you pay!! This appears to be the norm from the scam companies today. They must be failed timeshare salesmen who are out to make easy pickings! I attended, stupidly, a "presentation" from another company a few months ago. After listening to their boring dialogue for some two hours they brought out the contract for you to sign to give them $3000. Leave well alone.

Direct Transfer

I called them after hearing an ad on the radio about getting rid of your timeshare. I drove 30 minutes to sit and wait for 15 minutes. They started with the "Timeshare scam" and "How you can not get out of them scare tactics". They wanted my Diamond property and offered to take it off my hands for and I had to do was pay them $3,000-$3,900. All I can say is it is an unethical organization. They lied to me on the phone stating that I would not have to pay any fees. What a joke, It will cost me $250 to surrender my property back to Diamond. Either way a crook is going to get my money so I will obviously take the easiest way out. They have a good rating only because they provide a service that is paid for. It is a ripoff to those who do not know the options available.
