A friend has reached an agreement with someone to transfer a timeshare in Florida. Can someone recommend a title company/transfer agent to process this.
There is also another one that i have used it's called National Title and it is also located in Florida. The person that I have dealt with is Julie Evenson.
They are part of Stewart Title.
Susie Bell does an excellent job and charges $250 plus closing costs, which is less than most all I've found. I've used her when I bought a couple Marriott weeks and was very pleased.
