You get $1500 credited back from the seller from seller's attorney at closing for your fees and your 1st year maintenance. Price is $10 (ten dollars) for end unit just refurbished Crown sleep six 2bed/2 1/2 bath townhouse in Spinnaker at Shipyard Hilton Head Island. (Yes, you get paid to buy this as relocation means I must sell. On-site resale office listings $2000-$6000.) Prime Red Week 52 between Christmas and New Years. FREE GOLF round daily for all on deed. Bonus non-maintenance fee extra week every 6 years, including this year. Move on this now and 2016 ( Dec 24 - Jan 8 ) use possible. NO LLCs ! email jimw6nrj@verizon.net
