FREE - YOU JUST PAY CLOSING COSTS
After having kids, my husband and I have discovered that we rarely use our timeshare, and would like to discontinue paying the annual maintenance fees. Information is as follows:
The Atrium, of Virginia Beach, member of VSA Resorts.
Deeded as Unit 212, Week 14
Annual usage
One bedroom, one bath
Sleeps 4 people with couches and bed
2015 maintenance fee of $554 due January 2015
The property is completely paid off.
Eligible for points membership with RCI-
- This is a white season week, for exchange purposes.
- RCI Resort ID is 3657, unit 212, interval 14.
- Ownership type is Annual
- Provides 23,500 RCI points.
There is also a "Bonus Flex Vacation" system within VSA resorts, owners of the Atrium. For $75, you may exchange your week for a four-day vacation any date from October 15-March 15th, excluding holidays and surrounding days. You can use this at any of VSA's three resorts (The Atrium, Ocean Sands, and Ocean Key.) We have honestly only used the RCI points system, so I'm not very familiar with this system.

Closing will be handled by Legal Timeshare Transfers (http://www.lttransfers.com/) for $125 + $7 shipping + Virginia Beach recording fees.
Wonderful location near the ocean! We had tons of fun using it! Could be yours for closing costs!
