Free 3 bedroom Hilton Head Timeshare

We own a 3 bedroom 3 bath timeshare at Port 'o Call in Shipyard Plantation. It's a lovely Gold Crown resort 1 block from the ocean. It is a free standing cottage with a screened in porch, fireplace, and wetbar. We own week 9 (1st week in March). It includes free golf and tennis.

We have loved using it over the years, but we are now retired and live in Hilton Head full time and no longer use it.We would like to give it away....you simply take over the yearly maintenance fees. We own it free and clear.....no mortgage. We will pay closing costs also.

I just paid the maintenance fees for 2015. They were $1,010.34, which includes the golf and tennis fees. I deposited the week for trading, but you can have that also if you take over the week. Barb

Thanks for your quick response. After checking, the timing won't work for us. I hope someone else gets this. It's a good deal.

Is this in weeks or points? If weeks, how many TPU's do you get for depositing?
