Vacation Village at Parkway
This is a triennial assigned cycle C which is for 2015.
Week 46 Unit#4708 2 bedroom 2 bath lockout.
The seller will give this away for free.
Seller will pay closing costs, which would be done by Legal Timeshare Transfers.
Seller will pay the resort transfer fee.
Seller will also pay the 2015 maintenance fee which is $768 and let the buyer have the week to use.

Yes it is still available.
It is a 2 bedroom every 3 years and next year 2015 is given to the buyer for free.
