Come on....this is a 5 star II resort and no one has been there!!!! Maybe one of you live in the area of Big Canoe, GA and could give me some input...please.....

You might get a better response if you identify the name of the resort in the title of your post, instead of just within the body of your inquiry. Not everyone will necessarily bother to look to see just where the "here" you are referring to might be....

I don't know why this one is rated as a Premiere resort ? One of the II mysteries.

We booked this place for a week in Oct 2009 because it's within driving distance of our home and in an interesting area. But I can't see why it's considered 5* either but we'll see in a year and a half and I will do a report when we get back.

we liked--but not 5*

I am a location, then quality person. PC is perfectly fine, but I would not consider it 5* and I do not think it is a GC with RCI. However, amenities--gold, fitness, lake/beach area are all very nice and it is in a nice, upscale area.
