Can someone tell me what the exact fees I should expect to pay to HGVC when I buy resale?

Yes, a fee to set up your HGVC account unless you already have one, then the new contract (deed) can be added to an existing IF the names on the deed match exactly, they are sticklers on that.

Here's a summary of all the fees we paid for a recent, first time purchase...

Fees paid:

Settlement $300 (to the title company)
Hilton Transfer Fee $ 399
Estoppel Fee $ 35
Recording Fee (County?) $ 100
HGVC Activation Fee $ 250
HGVC 2015 Club Dues $ 140

Hope this helps.
