It is called Parkway International and it’s across from Celebration, FL. and two miles from Disney.
My parents purchased it for $12,000 and they are currently being sold by the same time share company for $15,000 but they would like to give it away as they can't make the trip down here as they are in their 80's.
It can be traded for a week in any other location that is part of Interval International or RCI.
There are two other weeks that were not used from 2014 and 2015 are available.
It is the 45th week of each year, Friday to Friday which is the 2nd week of November.
Two bedrooms, full kitchen, washer dryer, whirlpool tub, full kitchen, living room and dining room. Sleeps 8/6.

The Nov. 2014 week has been “banked” to be used anytime through 11/1/16 at any Diamond Resorts or Interval International location. There is a $120 fee to use the “banked" week at another resort besides Parkway which is the "home" resort.

On 1/1/16 the annual owner maintenance dues for the year 2016 of $647 are due.
The only other fee to transfer it into your name.
At the Osceola county courthouse I have been told there is a quick claim deed to fill out and pay an under $60 filing fee.
