This is not the desert Arizona you may be thinking of! Sedona is surrounded by forest, amazing red rock formations, and is renowned as an artist community. There are several galleries, shops, and it is an upscale tourist destination.

My timeshare is an annual studio, floating week and this year's week is still available. Maintenance fee is paid and there are no fees, loan, or anything else owed on this timeshare. The maintenance fee is $667.08 for 2016.

This is a great area to just relax, take jeep tours, visit the local artist galleries, to go rock climbing/rappelling, hiking...you name it. It's one of the most beautiful locations in the nation!

I'm looking to pass this along for a price of $FREE. Method of closing is negotiable, but would prefer to use a local title company to make sure all goes as expected and legally required.

This is a very nice resort - We own a two bedroom there. While it is located adjacent to a golf course (I don't golf but my husband says it's very nice) it is NOT located in Sedona but a bedroom community known as Village of Oak Creek. It is a short jaunt into downtown Sedona (watch those traffic circles!) DRI manages the property (hence the $667 mf) and, like I said, it's very nice.

Oak Creek is up in the mountains a bit from Sedona, which should make it a few degrees cooler in the Summer. Its forested mountain location stands in stark contrast to the dramatic hues and bare formations down in the valley.I understand there is good fishing to be found up there, too. Maybe 15 minutes into Sedona in traffic.

Another one I would love to take on if I wasn't already full.

Actually, The Village of Oak Creek and The Ridge on Sedona are not up in the mountains from Sedona, but are south/down from Sedona about 5 miles. (as noted, a short jaunt and watch the round-a-bouts).

This section of highway close to the resort is the southern start of the "#1 drive in Arizona" which ends in Sedona,

Part of the clever advertising to make you think it is in Sedona (Sedona Golf Resort) and close to Oak Creek (Village of Oak Creek). Still, both close by and a very nice resort....
