I found this closing company on the "How to sell a Timeshare" link on this site. Has anyone on here used them? We're giving away our timeshare so there is no need for escrow. This company records the deed and notifies the resort. Also, does anyone know if it matters that they don't provide title services? I don't think that it would, but I want to make sure.

Yes I have been using them for at least five years and had 5-6 transactions handled by Alan and Barbara. No reservations what so ever! :D

Another happy customer!

I gave away a timeshare last year and offered to pay the fees to have it transferred to the new owner. Alan and Barbara were fast and professional. I will definitely use them in the future if no escrow is involved.
