Hi guys. We are going to harbourside for spring break. Our family friends want to come. But we could only get a one bdrm. Small side. What options do they have. Where could they go to rent a unit. Or is there anything close by that is not too expensive. Also how much does it cost to rent of of another tugger?

Thanks

Kt

The small one bedrooms rent for around $1,750 - maybe more for Spring Break - maybe less if you find a highly motivated owner.

We don't permit renting in the discussion forums, but the TUG Marketplace and Redweek are safer places to rent.

Comfort Suites is reasonably close, and includes Atlantis access - http://www.comfortsuitespi.com/

As far as I know, Harborside and Comfort Suites are the only properties that include Atlantis access. This is a big deal, because if you have to buy them, Atlantis passes are over $100 per day, per person.

maintenance fee for a small one bedroom at Harborside is $1680 this year, which likely to be higher next year. Spring break is Platinum Plus season, so mostly likely costs more.

They dont sell day passes any more.

Unless they changes that policy back now BahaMar is on hiatus.

MF is the same year round but you highlight the floor price most but the distressed renter would want. Remember passes were $100+ per person per day. The accommodation is almost a freebie.

Atlantis family fun is another site to look for rentals or redweek or here but like Disney, you're not likely to get this for cents on the dollar.

Denise they are going to stop selling passes to anyone that is not staying at the Atlantis or Harborside...They will still sale passes to the cruise ships but only a limited few for each day...This will make people booking hotels in Nassau to book Atlantis and not at Bar Har if they want to enjoy the Water park...Of course everyone will still be able to visit the Casino even those staying at Bar Har ... I'm not sure when this is going to start since the opening to Bah Har has been delayed several times already...

OK - but my point was don't buy passes, because it's a far better value to stay some places where they are included.

I wouldn't rent at Atlantis - As I stated above, you can get a far better deal renting at Haborside from an owner, or at Comfort Suites.
