Does anyone know what the MFs are at National Harbor in 2014? I estimated 3.51 from a number of resale listings but am not sure this is up to date.

My 2014 assessment for NH is $970 for 231k, including program fee. Works out to $4.20/1000

Without the program fee it is $3.63/1000, but no one with Club Wyndham Plus would have that rate.

How long can you be in a one bedroom unit for your 231K/$970 MF.
$970 seems high if it is only for one week but I haven't never figured out the Wyndham system. Is 231K points similar to RCI's 154K points equals a week?

Thanks for any information. I'm curious about National Harbour/OTA.

8 nights in prime weeks, 9 nights in high-season weeks.

a 1BR is 189k points in prime weeks, 175 in high season weeks
with maintenance fees of 3.63 + 0.55 program fee
cost per week in a 1BR would be $790 (prime) / $731 (high)

Thanks for the information. 3.51 was actually the 2013 MF.

Increases have been reasonable so far...

2014 3.63 +3.4%
2013 3.51 +1.4%
2012 3.46 +0%
2011 3.46 +7.4%
2010 3.22 +1%
2009 3.19 +0%
2008 3.18

It depends on where you use the points. I'll probably rarely if ever use the points at NH, but that could get me 9-10 days in a 2 BR Plus at Flagstaff during Prime season. The $4.20/1000 points is very good for the Wyndham system where roughly $5.60/1000 is considered average.

Wyndham points are in no way similar to RCI points. The Wyndham owners directory has all the points charts
