Has anyone rescinded their contract with Wyndham in CA. I am still in my rescind period, my wife is concerned that we will lose our deposit. Any thoughts?

If you are within the rescission period, by all means, rescind. You will get back everything you paid. If you are still interested in timeshare, buy resale. Save thousand$.

'Rescission' means to put the sale back to the situation of all parties before the sale. As if it never happened.

With Wyndham all info should be readily available.

Just send letter to P.O. Box in Vegas via certified mail.

Send other stuff cheapest way.

Hang lose for a month to 45 days.

No contact with resort where purchased.

I have rescinded from Wyndham four times. As long as you follow their rescinding instructions, mail your rescission letter certified mail - return receipt requested, the real estate department in Las Vegas is very professional, doesn't give you a hard time, and your deposit reappears in your credit card account in 2-4 weeks.
