Lifetime in Hawaii, Disney's Grand Californian
Dolphin's Cove, 2 bed 1 bath, $215.56 quarterly maint fees, non summer float week (I think it goes through mid June, then picks back up in Sept), trades with RCI (44 tpus for Christmas or New Year's weeks, last I checked).

Even though it's deeded at 2bed/1bth, they'll let you reserve one of the 2 bath units at no extra charge if they have it available. You can also upgrade to a 3 bedroom for another $30 a night (last I checked). The week can be banked a year or split into smaller stays if you pay a $50 cleaning fee for the remaining increments beyond the first stay. Cheap bonus time is available within 21 days to owners.

It's also part of a mini system called PSE http://www.pseresorts.com/home.htm and you can trade your week with some other resorts like San Luis Bay Inn and a couple Hawaii resorts.

Free, but you pay the closing (can use one of those $99 deed transfer services or something). Hmmm, I didn't think to check if there was a transfer fee, so I'll look into that this week. We've stayed at this resort many times and love it, but we can trade in cheaper, so we've decided to let it go.
