I have a timeshare that I need to let go. It is located at the Vistana Beach Club in Jensen Beach, Fl. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, full kitchen. Paid in full, and I will pay up to $100 in transfer fees. Very nice resort on ocean, with pool and tennis.

Hello and welcome to TUG. More info would be very helpful. People need to know if this is annual usage or something else.
Tell us how much the maintenance fees are and if it's a fixed or floating week and of course which week or float period.
