No ROFR response even after 30 days

I am in the process of purchasing another HGVC week. We submitted the ROFR on 09/01 and so far no response. The last vacation week we purchased got the ROFR response in 7 days. Looks like HGVC is taking its own sweet time to respond.
This is via a reputed reseller / Closing company and they send me updates often.

They have 45 days and sometimes take it.

You could call HGVC "Membership Support Group" to check on its status.

You are not dealing with Rodgers & Lee Title by any chance are you?
After six weeks of waiting for my ROFR on a Marriott purchase (and being given all kinds of excuses) I finally called Marriott and they had never received it.
I would suggest you call Hilton directly and find out if it has been submitted.

This is usually the case when ROFR is not received timely, it simply wasn't submitted to the developer.

Why do they do that do you think? Not submit it? I still have not been able to figure that out. My purchase was through eBay and closing was for free. You get what you pay for, I guess. I will not make that mistake again, if I am buying, I will pick the closing company.

Disorganized or incompetence.

Thank you all. I purchased all my weeks from Judi K, never had any issues. In this case HGVC is taking their own sweet time.
