You can exchange on RCI or II (Not a lock-off), I have used II for my past years, they also allow you to use short term exchanges instead of the full week which we have found the most convenient.

This unit is free to anyone who is willing to pay the closing costs. Buyer to pay any transfer fees and closing using Legal Timeshare Transfer, I recommend using LTTransfers.com, they charge about $125 plus $7 to cover mailing charges & whatever the recording fees are, but you can use any of your choice.

Is this still available? I may be interested. Maintenance fees for this week are higher than another one bedroom listed, same gold season. Are there differences in the one bedroom units? I have stayed in the 2 bedroom, not the one. Like the resort. No problems exchanging off season but more difficult during the summer. How likely are you to get a summer exchange?

Yes, there are several different one bedrooms. There are some that are dedicated and some that are lockoffs, both small and large in size.

The offer its for a one bdrm Premium, this the biggest of the one bedrooms and its equal to the living space of the two bedrooms with the exception for having the second bedroom itself, but the rest its about the same space. It includes the full kitchen and most the jaccuzi tub.
Check the floor plans and pictures on the starwood vacation ownership website. Other important thing about this resort its you can split your usage in two stays like a 3 or 4 day stays. To do this it has to be done 90 days before check in. (Can be done online). That may not work for summer but just want to point out the option.
