Avenue Plaza contracts do not get free reservation transactions?

Background:
I have 3 resale contracts:
Wyndham Patriots' Place 126K
Wyndham Tamarack (EOY odd) 210K
Wyndham Avenue Plaza 140K

I only received 1 "free" reservation transaction. I was told by Wyndham representative on the phone (after speaking to her manager), that Avenue Plaza and Patriots' Place contracts do not receive reservation transactions under the 1 per 77K points rule.

Questions:
1) Is there anyway to fight this?
2) Was there a way no know this before I bought the contract?

I assume the Avenue Plaza contract was in your account before January 1st? If so, you should have had 3 reservation transactions this year. If it was not in your account as of 1/1/16, you should have only had 1 this year.

Are these new contracts to you? When you become an owner, it seems like the number of RTs one ends up with in the first partial year of ownership is a crapshoot. But regardless, the line about certain resorts not getting RTs under the 1 per 77k rule sounds bogus no matter how you spin it.

You do have the option to book more than one reservation in one day, and only use one reservation transaction.

These are new contracts to me. Only the EOY contact was in my account on January 1. I assumed that was why I didn't get the RT. But customer service said that I won't get them next year either.

If the contracts are in your account now ask for more transaction credits. I'm sure you have the housekeeping credits that come with the contracts. Don't speak to a VC go straight to owner relations.

When my second contract was recorded late in the year, I had no resevation transactions available.

My first contract had 1 that I had previously used and the second contract was entitled to 1 that the prior owner used.

But the combination of the 2 contracts was entitled to 3 reservation transactions. I called a vc and she agreed that I was entitled to a transaction and she then made the reservation for me at no dollar cost.
