Week 2 and 7 are perfect times for a getaway to enjoy beautiful waterfront views and the peace and tranquility that a waterfront property can bring! And Week 7 typically falls during Valentine's Day and/or President's Day weeks!
The unit is great for families, with a real spacious condo feel vs a hotel cracker box and fantastic oceanfront views from both bedrooms and living room! With a full kitchen and living/dining room combination, it really feels like a home away from home! Also, each unit has a balcony off the living room and a dedicated parking space.
Being an older property, it is not as tricked out as the newer, hotel style timeshares but is tastefully decorated and well maintained, with larger room sizes than most of the timeshare properties in VA Beach.
We check other properties when we go there just to see how they measure up and we always feel good about our property choice
Our family has enjoyed this unit and we hope to pass it along to another family who will create many years of wonderful memories!
And the best part for those with family pets is that owners are allowed to bring their pet!!! Save several hundred $$ in pet boarding fees and have a true family vacation with your furry family member!
Maintenance fees are reasonable at $644/year and are paid for 2013. You will have to pay 2014 dues.
So whether you trade the week on RCI or choose to use the unit, it's a pretty good deal!
