This unit is not a Wyndham building, but one of the early 3b/2 bath lock offs. The good part is it trades with II.
This year was deposited as 2 one bedrooms and I used the certificates for a 2bed @ Marriott Grand Ocean and a 2bed @ Marriott Surfwatch both, on Hilton Head Island.
This week is President's day week and is prime for renting, using, or depositing for maximum leverage. It is a great week to own for a newbie or a "northerner".
I am giving it away because I no longer rent my units, and am going heavy into RCI points for maximum "last minute" destinations. Also, as a native Floridian, I am Orlando'd out.
You pay closing costs--LT TRansfers is recomended for cheap and fast.
MF's are around $975. and when deposited with a free certificate bonus, will yield $3500. worth of MF destinations.
Take it fast before I think to long about this inventory management move.
