Is this a decent resort? Also if you own here does this trade well?

Yes, it trades well. Make sure you get a three bedroom lockout - preferably prime weeks.

Own a Spring Week and received TPU combined of 36 for both sides deposited. Maintenance fees were $625. Overall cost per TPU is $17.36 and that was only deposited in November and was assigned a April week (not Easter).
