So I took it on some help from an existing owner and consolidated all the bluebeards properties into 4 separate review pages here:

http://tug2.com/BrowseResorts.aspx?search=bluebeard

now its come to my attention that apparently some of these are now owned by wyndham? or are these just "wyndham/worldmark affiliated"

can we have another little pow-wow discussion about this development of resorts so I can sort out the review pages properly!

Thanks!

Brian - the Wyndham affiliated resorts are Bluebeards Beach Club and the Worldmark/Wyndham affiliated resort is the Elysian Beach Resort‎. I think you have these resorts correct.

Elysian Beach Resort‎ http://tug2.com/ResortOverview.aspx?Elysian Beach Resort&ID=11440

The four you have in the link are the ones that were managed by Wyndham but as a result of a lawsuit spun off.

EDIT: Bluebeard's Beach Club seems to have disappeared from the resort database. The II code is BDC. The 2nd/middle picture you have for Bluebeards Castle Villas I looks like it might be from that resort. None of the 4 resorts in your link are ocean-front, they are all on top of the hill in Charlotte Amalie. The II codes are BBK, BB1, BB2, and BB3.

Yup. Wyndham manages Elysian and Bluebeard's BeachClub. The other four are one resort with 4 HOAs known collectively as Bluebeard's Castle.

And yes, the second picture in the link is Bluebeard's BeachClub. The Castle is not on the beach.

ok, ive put back wyndham bbc...and added the worldmark moniker to elysian.

i believe all the reviews from the original bbc were merged with some of the other 4 bluebeards resorts...going to have to figure out which ones those are to move them back :(

Let me know if you would like me to take a look. For an owner, it would be easy to tell which is which.

that would be fantastic!

the OP that alerted me to this had this to say sofar after they took a look. if you all agree ill move those over!

It actually looks to me that all of the pictures AND reviews under Bluebeard's Castle Villas I are of the BBC.The first seven reviews under Bluebeard's Castle Villas I appear to all be of the BBC as well, back thru the Dec 22, 2006 one and being under Wyndham management- that's when the remodeling of units started happening. Prior to that I believe they were associated with Cendant management and the place was upside down and clearly was a dump as older reviews mentioned.

ok, ive moved the obvious reviews to BBC...and removed the "red top" pictures off castle.

are the shots left on castle 1 of the patio and porches and pools etc also for bbc?

anyone stayed at Castle Villas 1 recently, since it appears now we havent had a review in YEARS with all the ones for BBC moved.

Yes the photos still left on Castle 1 are all of the BBC.

Bluebeard's Castle is actually one resort with 4 separate HOAs. I know RCI lists them separately and it is good to note that there are different views depending on which Association you trade into but the pool restaurant facilities, etc. are shared by all.

TUG member Tia is very familiar with this resort and could probably assist with more info.
