I have a SA-TS and have a friend in Canada who is willing to take it.

This will be a transfer only, no money involved. I'll pay all costs.

Do I still go thru escrow? if so who, LTransfers or?

Thanks

Escrow is a procedure in which the funds from a sale are held by a licensed independent escrow company until the end of the transfer - you don't need that.

Is "SA" South Africa?

You need a title transfer Co., however, if the timeshare is located outside the US, LT Transfers may not handle it. Contact them and ask - I have used them many times and they are helpful, efficient, and inexpensive.

Denise thanks. Yes my Castleburn is to far to travel, and so staying closer to home base.

Is this also with Hawaii transfers?
Again Thanks

Most of the South African timeshares are transferred by the resort management company. You'll likely pay a transfer fee to the resort. A "closing agent" isn't needed since no money is changing hands.

No, because Hawaii is a US State.

Richard thanks. Sounds great.
I did send an inquiry a little while back, but no answer. I'll try again.
