Sorry bout that forgot to change date of last search. Lol....

You could EDIT your prior posts to correct for the various seasons ... and to HELP the newbie understand that 154,000 points would be enough in LOW season for that unit but in PRIME season it is a MUCH BIGGER number.

OP: that is you, Jimbabg ... learn as MUCH as you can understand before buying any timeshare or points. You have been to the resort 16 times? ... you know you like it (or the family loves it) ... spend the time to understand HOW to use Wyndham points and booking windows.

Don't buy TOO many POINTS as you can bank future years points or borrow from the coming year to use. And the yearly cost of MFs does go up EVERY YEAR. 500,000 points MFs for some resorts are $3500+ yearly (or $300 every month)' some resorts are a little less but there are some points packages where it is $8 per 1K of points (or $4000 annually for a 500K package).

And some TUG members have learned they rather RENT their vacation stays ... like what you have been doing for 8 years.

Welcome to TUG! :hi:
