Bay & Beach Club week 3 FREE

This usually includes Martin Luther King Day. It's a beautiful resort on the beach and bay in Indian Shores, Fl. The unit is huge with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 balconies (front and back) and full size laundry room off the kitchen.

There's a heated pool and large hot tub.

Maintenance fee is $859 a year. Next usage 2015.

I'm bumping it back up.

A couple of questions? Is it bay side or beach side? What is the unit number?

Is the usage yearly?

It is bayside, unit 305. If you are familiar with Bay & Beach club the bay side has the dock with the bbq. You just cross the small street to the pool and beach. The bay side has balconies at each end of the huge unit. Let me know if you have any other questions.
