the units have been renovated, the 2 BD overlook the pool, but the 1 BD are ocean front. When we stayed (we chose to take a 1 BD so as to have the ocean front0, we left our door open and heard the surf at night. very enjoyable.

AARP says Daytona is the best place to retire -

try it out first at a timeshare!

I have never been to this resort but stayed right across the street at another TS.

I have to say that your TS is in an excellent location. You can drive onto the beach right next to it, traffic is not usually backed up there and you can scoot over the bridge to the mainland very easily.

Units are in the process of being remodeled, we saw two yesterday which were beautiful ( we're in Orlando this weèk and drove over to Daytona yesterday)

Last Chance! OCTOBER Bike week reserved

Our Silver Beach condo unit is still available! Two TUGGERS agreed to purchase and have canceled on us after months of working together.

We will soon have to deposit our week if no one gets it this year since time is passing. By request of the first "buyer" last November, I reserved the week of October 11, 2014 for him -- Bike week is the 16th-19th - this resort has Saturday check ins.

we visited the resort twice in January when we stayed in st Augustine and the remodeled units are beautiful! Oceanview for the 2 BD and oceanfront for the 1 BD.

We have reserevd a 2 BD unit for the week of OCT 11th - FREE occupancy for 2014!!

we need to deposit the 2014 week now but we will offer the same terms for next year 2015!!!!

CHOOSE YOUR WEEK FOR 2015! We will pay the maintence and all closing costs.

We only ask: Please do not do what 2 other TUGGERS did - keep us waiting for months and then say, Sorry... after I had even put one of their names on as a guest! and gave him his choice of week - and the next "buyer" wanted the same week.....but alas, No.

LT Transfers is fabulous to work with - you will have no problems with them.
