Third floor unit in this timeshare located on Newport Harbor and in the historic downtown. Unbeatable location. Kitchenette, free parking, wonderful views from the terrace on the roof top. Great place to stay. Popular rental.
Newport Rhode Island Red Week Deal! 732.26 Maintenance Fees. All paid for 2015.

It is a fixed week, standard 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Sleep four, two privacy. It is week 33, which is August 15-22 in 2015.

Is this a fixed week, or float? If fixed, what week number and unit number? standard or "plus" 1 bedroom?
