Willing to give it away for a dollar [Cub Regina Raintree vacation Club]

We have a two week yearly time share at the Cub Regina Raintree vacation Club that was purchasedin 1995. We no longer wish to travel and are fed up with the $1700.00 yearly maintainence fees. We just want out and would sell cheap if you are willing to cover the costs of ownership transfer. Our price is $1.00 but we do not want to pay any fees for the sale. :cheer:

• occupancy?
• season or fixed week it can be reserved?
• is the maintenance fee current?
• when is the next maintenance fee due?
• cost of transfer?

Does it sleep 2 or 4?
What weeks can be reserved with this ownership - every week of the year?

I recommend that you contact the resort to find out about the transfer fees.

If it were me I would not say I'm sick of it or why I don't like it. Stress the positive! But that's just me.

I'm not saying to hide anything but it's better to be positive than negative when selling anything.
