This is a deeded 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that has a fixed week 35 time slot. I will pay the 2015 maintenance fee of $718.96 along with the transfer fee. This means you will be able to utilize the condo for free on the week of August 29, 2015. I brought my kids here for many years until they told me that they were sick of Disneyworld.
