How much is the yearly maintenance fee? Do you have a copy of the title that's in your name? Is there a resort transfer fee?

PORT LARGO VILLAS ARE DEEDED PROPERTIES managed by a property owners association which has a very healthy reserve fund. This insures stability and allows maintenance fees to be kept consistently lower than most other Florida Resorts. MAINTENANCE FEES, TAXES AND INSURANCE ARE CURRENTLY ($483.00) A YEAR, FOR EACH WEEK OWNED.

I saw on another site where the maintenance fees are $700

I owed a week 48 that was falling on the Sat after Thanksgiving almost every year so I figure this is a week later.

It will be interesting to see what the current fees are.

All,

Sorry for the delay, it has been a very busy work week for me. Here are some answers to some of your questions.

Current maintenance fees are $644 for 2014. These fees will be paid by my sister and I.

Our week is 49 in building 2 B. Details from the website:
"All units are tastefully decorated 1600 sq. ft. large 2 bedroom, 2 full baths, kitchen fully accommodated to cook gourmet meals or just a snack between activities, washer and dryer, so that you may pack light, living room with a large leather couch, love seat and a comfortable oversized reading chair with ottoman and a wraparound deck with an ocean view"

There is a transfer fee. It's about $100, I will get an exact number for you when I hear back from Port Largo Villas.

We have the deed in hand.

We would like the new owner(s) to pay for all the transfer fees (deed recording, PLC transfer fee etc) as we are paying this years maint fees.

Thank you for your patience as we figure out how to make this happen.

This looks like a wonderful place and the MFs are very reasonable for a 2Br in the Keys.

I know DAE gives two exchanges credits for depositing a week in the keys.

Unfortunately my wife's not in love with the week. I know someone will snatch this up quickly.
