Floating Summer Week in Angel Fire, NM.
We have been staying at Sun Lodge in NM every Summer for years. We love it here! Just purchased a fixed Fourth of July week at Sun Lodge and want to give away of our summer floating week. Floating week can not be used over the Fourth, Labor Day, or Memorial day..... but space allowing they have made exceptions for us several times.

This is a two bedroom 2.5 bath condo.

You will need to pay 2014 dues. You will get use of it in Summer 2014. You will also be responsible for all title transfer fees.... Otherwise it will be free.

Yearly maintenance fee is $425. I think there is a $50 transfer fee, but I need to call to verify, it is independently owned/managed by Angel Fire Resort but affiliated with RCI
