Very nice 1 bed 1 bath unit for $1

Flagship resort in Atlantic City, NJ

floating week in any season -- deeded-- check in FRI or SAT or SUN. Annual use.

Very flexible. Resort is top notch. Staff is super. Needed a bigger unit for my growing family.

2014 M/f ($760) have been paid already with that week banked with Interval International and ready to be used. 2015 M/F are due on January 1st.

There is also a one time bonus week through interval international that is available for no charge to you as well. Must be used by 2/10/15.

Trades well with II. Also rents well.

A nice safe up to date family oriented resort in a great location.

This resort can be yours for $1 just pay closing and transfer fees.
