Where would the units in the 40s (40-49) be located?

What is the layout of these units? Are they one level?

Thanks for any information that you can provide.

If you come into Shipyard on Cordillo Avenue from Pope Avenue, turn right onto Valencia. There is a sign there noting that the Cottages are down Valencia. About the second right, you will see a sign for cottages numbered in the 40s.

Our own unit (158) is a two bedroom with two en suite bathrooms, separate dining room, large living room and nice kitchen. There are also 3 bedroom units in the Cottages. They are two story, but I can't comment on the exact layout as I have never been in one.

Cottages

We stayed at the Cottages back in 1999. I just checked the reviews & some describe the layouts of their units. Don't know if you are buying or going to be holding/confirming an unit. Might want to call Cottages before confirming if you have special needs. Good luck in your quest for info.

We traveled to HHI with another couple and she was handicapped. We stayed at the Cottages. They have two end units that are all on one floor. The center units are two floors with steps, no elevators. the end units were very nice, clean and roomy. we really enjoyed our stay there.

I know this is an older post, but

We own at the Cottages, #160, and this is a 3 BR, 3BATH unit in a two-story villa. Like a townhouse.

Here's the layout:

Main floor, up a few steps from ground level has living room with a sofa bed (this is actually very comfortable as a sofa, we don't use it for sleeping. We've found most sofa beds to be very uncomfortable just to sit on, but this one is nice), dining area, kitchen, master with king bed and full bath. There is a nice covered deck on the back. Also stacked washer/dryer in a utility closet at the entrance.

Upstairs is one bedroom with a king bed and private bath, and a second bedroom with two twin beds and a private bath.

Hope this helps!

BTW, our unit needs a new family. We are giving it away.
