Hi
looking at sites such as redweeks advertising timeshares for sale in $US even for a UK resort, I assume that the original maintenance fees (MF) are based on the UK resort's MF structure in £UK and then converted to $US? (redweek only acting as a shopwindow).
Conversely, if applicable to a US resort and the $US devalues against the £UK, then it's good news, paying less on MFs..unless these are adjusted upwards to compensate accordingly.
Any thoughts on the increasingly important Forex cost consideration?
Thanks in anticipation
