Hello, not sure if this is a newbie question or not....but I wanted to exchange into Mexico, the Riviera Maya area to be precise. Most of the resorts listed when I do a search on RCI, have outrageous all inclusive fees? Is there ever a way to get a discount on these? I mean with my maintenance, membership and exchange fees, I pay over $1100 per year! And now they want me to pay an additional $3000 per couple/per week for an AI? Seems waaaayyy out of line here! Any help would be appreciated here! Thanks!!

I would never use an exchange to get to an allinclusive in Mexico. You can usually pick them up for a couple of hundred on last call and some do have Discounted all inclusive fees.
