Giving this timeshare away. 2014 maintenance fees are paid, 2014 week is available for use. No reimbursement for those items required. Buyer to pay the closing fees with Legal Timeshare Transfers and the resort transfer fee($25).

This is my only timeshare so please feel free to ask questions if I've left anything out. I am the original owner of this week.

The annual fee I just paid in January was $477. It consisted of a maintenance fee of $343 and membership fee of $134.
