Free Westgate Lakes Timeshare (2bdrm/2bath)

Hello All,

I am looking to give away my Westgate Lakes resorts timeshare in Orlando, Florida. Here is some information on my timeshare:

Westgate Lakes Resorts & SPA
2bedroom/2bathrooms
Week# 46 (floating all seasons- can be used anytime)
Annual maintenance $885

It is fully paid off, and I have made the maintenance payment for 2014. You are free to use it this year, in that I have not made any reservations for 2014.

Why I am giving it away- I purchased this timeshare as a single person (yes, unlike others, I did this on my own, I am not married, have no children), and cannot take full advantage of any value this would give someone who had a family of their own.

I have to work very hard to continue to make the maintenance payments, and cannot afford to take time off, even to enjoy a vacation--

long story short- this works best for someone with a family, in my opinion.

Is it a lock out ??. if so i'm interested in this property wouldn't be able to do closing until august . please advise if you are open to that
