Sweet offer. 2bed/2bath at those MFs in Maui - even assuming the Mfs are annual and use is EOY. I hope a Maui lover sees this thread soon.

I responded by private message to this person on 3/11. We then had 5 more messages with the last one being 03/14. At that time he asked for my phone number and said he would call me. Never did. Just the other day I sent him another message asking if he had changed his mind. No reply. A bit odd.

Sorry, been on vacation in the southern Utah desert...not a lot of coverage down there, and all i took with me was my phone. Not sure if we ended up speaking or not, as I have had quite a bit of response to this ad. I'll be sending an update shortly, via email, to everyone who has requested information on this property.

Long story short, I requested an Estoppel from the management company for this property, to get the transfer fees, and all appropriate information about 3/15. I received these documents when I arrived home today from my long holiday.

I have received my Estoppel document from Consolidated Resorts, and now am aware of all fees associated with transferring. FYI, I am NOT willing to pay the resort transfer fees. I am willing to pay the DEED transfer fee of $150 from LT Transfers.

The maintenance fees for this EOY EVEN unit is $396 PER YEAR.

I am including the Estoppel so that you know what the fees are, straight from the horses mouth. I realize this is still a great deal, so if you're interested, please let me know and/or make an offer.

The fees are as follows:
-LT Transfer Fee: $150 (LT Transfers, Inc., I'm willing to pay this fee)
-Resort Transfer Fee: $200 (Consolidated Resorts)
-Resort General Fund: $350 (Consolidated Resorts)
-2016 first half Maint Fee: $396.28 (they want this up front, would normally be due 1/1/2015)
-Property Taxes: $54.55

Total: 1150.83, or 1000.83 if I pay the Deed transfer.
