April 1 original ownership date but points allocated Jan 1. All points currently available. Ownership is fully paid off. Monthly maintenance fees are $95/mth.
Can use inexpensive closing company like Timeshare Transfer. Buyer pays for closing costs and Wyndham transfer fee. Buyer responsible for MFs for April onward.
