We don't recommend ANY company with a large upfront fee - most of them are scammers.
this website is owned by Uri Fried, who owns The Timeshare Company. There are many threads on this forum regarding him and his company. I have purchased a timeshare from them on ebay, and it came with free closing. wasn't the smoothest but it came through, and I'd certainly purchase from them again if the closing was free.
