Have paid 2016 Maintenence fee. I will pay closing costs. You can pick the week you want in 2017.

RCI shows
1 bedroom units sleep 4 privacy for 4
with just 1 bath and has washer/dryer
Are 1 bedrooms part of a lock off unit?

Does owning a Summer Bay Resort unit
help with the 1 in 4 so that you can trade
back into the Houses via RCI?

I did not use RCI with my week, that could be something you could restore with the Resort
It is a floating week I do not know what week will be 2017 you can request a week when you take over the timeshare.

Last time I used it was 2015 week49. You can request another week for 2017 it is a red floating week

What is the starting week, and the ending week, of the deeded season? That's really important for potential owners to know.
