Free Wisconsin Dells Timeshare, week 30, 2 bedroom, FREE CLOSING

We are Wyndham owners and don't need our other than Wyndham timeshares anymore. This is a 2 bedroom Festiva at Tamarack timeshare. It's a fixed week 30, smack dap in the middle of summer (the last week in July and very high demand timeframe). We own at Wyndham Glacier Canyon and no longer need this one. We've used it as a rental and sent family there. Wisconsin Dells is the Waterpark Capital of the World - a very high demand location during the summer months.

Maintenance fees are $881. They are paid for 2013.

Tammarack is a great property. The inlaws own there and we have been going every year for the last 15 or so years in late October. They have a great rec center and the staff are wonderful. The location is off the main strip so it is quite but it less than a half mile from the strip. Walmart and Kolhs are a block away. I would love to add this to our timeshares but the wife says no more for awhile. Someone will be happy with this.

It's a nice place, BUT, check-out is 10:00 AM SHARP. You have to strip your own beds, wash AND put away all the dishes and take out the garbage. No help w/ trying to get going in the morning.

I think you're thinking of Wyndham Tamarack. This one is Festiva Tamarack.
