Hi everyone,

I have an odd year week 5 Sheraton Vistana Villages - Amelia unit that I would like to transfer.

2 bdrm 2bath, 8 person occupancy Floats week 1-5, 18-22, 35-38, 48-50

Trades with II

2014 usage is still available.

It is owned free and clear. Maintenance fees are $446.34 per year. I wasn't able to use it time to move it along and start looking at something else.

I will pay for the transfer and new owner will pay 2014 Maint
