112,000 Wyndham Plus points

I have Wyndham points that I wont be using, so it makes no sense to keep them, and Im not interested in renting out or anything. I would love to transfer them out of my name and Im willing to pay for the transfer ($299 for title transfer paid to Wyndham) if you will pay the company who prepares the documents. They seem to run about the same,just under $300. 2014 use is available, Home resort is Seagardens in FL and HOA fees/property taxes are about $900 per year. If i forgot something feels free to ask.

KellyL --- is this a converted "fixed week" or does YOUR deed identity the property as being 112,000 of 123,123,123 total units?

I suspect it is a converted Fixed Week - perhaps an Ocean Palms during either 23-24 or 48-49.

And what would be the actual week and unit number - as that is the only ARP you would have with those points?
