I have unit B4 for week 8 at Cedar Village in Beech Mountain, NC that I'm looking to give away. It's a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with a fireplace. It has two ski resorts nearby (Beech Mtn and Sugar Mtn). This is a very desirable RED week!

I will pay closing costs so this will be free to you. The maintenance fee is approximately $730 per year. 2015 has already been paid!
