2 Bedroom 2 Bath Lock Off EOY Odd

Maintenance Fees are $569 Paid Every Year (Total is $1138 per use year)

We have booked a 1 Bedroom in 2015 Checking in December 19th and also a Studio Checking in December 19th. Both are 7 night reservations and could be re-booked if desired.

We are looking to give the unit away

We will pay all closing and transfer fees.

Ideally we would like new owner to pay MF for 2015 week which are already paid.

This is a deeded unit - It is not enrolled in the Diamond point program - and it floats 1-52

During our ownership we have used it to ski Heavenly during XMAS or New Years every use year. This plus their bonus time made it very useful for us to use during ski season for my family.

Bonus time is space available 2 weeks prior to check in.

We have successfully used bonus time multiple times over the year even during prime ski season.

Feel free to PM me if you would like to discuss purchase

What does it cost to use bonus time? Is more expensive on weekends? How difficult is it to use bonus time in the summer? Also, can it be used in 1 night increments, or is there a 2 or 3 night minimum? ! Thanks in advance for educating us.

You can book it in 1 night intervals.

Winter is a little tight but we used it over 20 times over a 3 year period while my son was skiing at Heavenly every weekend.

We only used bonus time once during the summer and were successful.

The key is calling right at the 2 week interval for bonus time. We have had real good luck with bonus time when we needed it. I would say we were successful about 60% of the time.

I am not sure the exact prices as it has been over a year since we have used it but from my memory we used to pay about $80 for a studio and $140 for a 2 bedroom. If you need the exact prices I can call on Monday and see what this years rates are.
