We are GIVING AWAY our time share at the CLUB DE SOLEIL for FREE. It's located at 5625 W Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89109 Las Vegas.

We have a 1 BR unit which, sleeps 4 (1 BR + sofa bed). Unit has a full size kitchen. We have one floating week available first 1-50 weeks of the year ( the maintenance fees are due every year, however you earn a week every second year). Week is subject to availability and excluded weeks are (Christmas and New Years). If purchaser is already a member of RCI, this resort is worth 37,400 RCI points.
Amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub and lounge, a fitness center and a tennis court. There's also a babysitting service, and shuttle service to and from the Strip.
Seller to pay all closing costs/transfer fees. Seller prefers to use L.T. Transfers group as closing company to deal with paperwork. ( L.T. Transfers comes by highly recommended by other TUG members).
The current Maintenance Fees are 299.54 every year. Fees paid for 2015.
